Welcome to the Volleyball section of the MJB Home Page. This section details what's happening on the local volleyball scene. There are several teams in the Catonsville Volleyball League which runs two sessions per year at Catonsville Community College (CCC). The fall session for coed play is held at CCC on Sunday nights beginning in September. The winter session usually begins after the first of the New Year. Participants are kept up to date on what's happening via e-mail. Note, the league is celebrating this season by hosting a crab feast at Catonsville Senior Center on October 2nd, 2004. Click on the flyer below for details:

The Catonsville Volleyball League is run completely by a committee of volunteers. The philosophy of the committee is to spread the work out so that no one volunteer becomes a bottleneck. If you desire to lend a hand, contact either Tom Duffy at 410-788-0226, or Claire O'Neill at 410-788-7438. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE OVER THE LEAGUE. DUFFY HAS STEPPED DOWN, ALTHOUGH HE WILL ASSIST HIS SUCCESSOR!
